Certified Medical Assistant
Irena has been helping our patients since 2017. As a certified medical assistant with extensive experience in both podiatry and endocrinology, she adds a wealth of knowledge and skill. Her enthusiasm and desire to provide excellent care is undeniable.
In her spare time, Irena loves to dance, paint murals, and spend time with her grandchildren. She frequently finds herself traveling, enjoying a day out on the boat, or going for long motorcycle rides.

Front Office Administrator
With decades of experience in small business administration, Susan is critical to ensuring the organization and functionality of our front office. Patients can always rely on her attention to detail and ability to bring simplicity to the most complex of issues- all while ensuring the end result is a smiling face.
Outside the office, you might find Susan relaxing poolside with a good book, painting, or spending a day at the beach with her family.

Front Office Administrator
Mary Ann joined the Coast + Sole family in June of 2019. As a front office administrator and expert multitasker, she is frequently one of the first you will encounter. Certainly no stranger to healthcare, she served as a hospital candy striper at the age of 14 and has worked in a variety of medical settings ever since- always furthering her love for helping others. She most enjoys working closely with her team and leaving patients with a smile.
Mary Ann finds herself happiest in the great outdoors which her father greatly influenced. From motorcycling and fishing, to kayaking and camping – her adventuresome spirit keeps her busy around the clock.

Certified Medical Assistant
Sutratip (aka “Nook”) is a 2018 President’s List graduate of Eastern Florida State College where she obtained her medical assistant certification. Inspired by her father who was a paramedic, Nook has found her passion in healthcare and always strives to provide first-class care for her patients. She takes to heart the words of Maya Angelou – “I’ve learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.”
Originally from Bangkok, Thailand, she completed high school in Saipan and relocated to Central Florida shortly thereafter. Nook now fully embraces the Space Coast lifestyle where she enjoys surfing, yoga, kayaking and paddleboarding.

Certified Medical Assistant
Pam is a 2019 President’s List graduate of Eastern Florida State College where she obtained certification as a medical assistant maintaining a 4.00 GPA. Her knowledge base and work ethic has been a welcome addition to the Coast + Sole family since July 2020. Ensuring her academic mind is fed, she prides herself on staying current through ongoing education.
In her spare time, she is involved in research regarding her late great uncle- Father James Thompson- who administered last rites to President John F. Kennedy. She is a contributor to the Oral History Collection at The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza in Dallas, Texas. Pam also boasts an impressive collection of toys- both modern and vintage.

Practice Manager
Although Boston, Massachusetts born, Amy has spent the majority of her life in Melbourne, Florida. She completed her degree in medical assisting at Everest University and has honed her skills in the foot and ankle care setting ever since. She furthered her education with an associate degree in business administration from the Florida Institute of Technology and segued into the role of practice manager. Eager to expand her knowledge base and career, Amy has earned certification as a Podiatric Practice Manager by the American Association of Podiatric Practice Management. She has a sincere passion for helping those in need and keeps current in the medical field by attending both local and regional conferences.
Outside the office, Amy enjoys spending time with her daughter and sharing in their love for horseback riding. She also enjoys skiing in the winter months.
